first answer is only partially correct. You need a phone that has a reel of TV and a compatible headset as well.

The are various forms of deafness, I recommend you see a company of Audiology Who can apply and specific recommendations.

When the lesions of the ear is a hearing test is in order. If you had contact with them for a possible solution.

Can you use a headset. If you have a phone, select the recipient with a compatible headset. It was a sign of the HAC (hearing aid compatible).
