What is a good HIGH protein, LOW fat breakfast? - high protein smoothie recipes

I do not find one I like! Does anyone else smoothie recipe you eat lunch, is it? Protein powders are really good? Thank you!

The protein powder can taste when mixed with milk. Just find your favorite fragrance and you will find a price and a brand that works for you. Personally, I prefer the taste of ice cream with strawberries. It tastes like strawberry milk.

It is a great smoothie recipe low in calories and low in fat.

1 serving whey protein powder
8 oz low-fat milk (or 1 cup fat-free yogurt)
1 / 2 banana or 1 / 2 cup fruit of your choice
1 / 2 regular cooked oatmeal taste

Whirl and ready.
You can use many different flavors with this recipe, like the fruit you, whether regular or chocolate milk has to do, and if the yogurt, fruit in itself.

If you do not have time for the oatmeal to cool, then just add a few ice cubes in the blender before the oatmeal.

Both whey protein powder and oatmeal for a while and if you use the banana in the smoothie will be even more comprehensive content.

I have also on a shelf for sickle-pop ... bueno .. to pop sickles. If you do this and use a banana, do not forget to add a little lemon juice of banana brown.

Protein powders are great, add a tablespoon of emissions, are also very fast. I also use yogurt with fruit. Eggs are also a great "good fats" breakfast rich in proteins.

Do not eat shit in protein powder, unless you want to be artificially bullsh! T. Why do not proteins? They are basically all protein .... and naturally!

There's more in good health are good. Taking a holistic approach and not filled with garbage.
