You try to install a floating fountain? If you should buy with the address or shop should be able to supply information. Or you can save money and install a solar system.
It should come with complete instructions, including the Council and any pipe you need. Probably not with a pump to be not so sure to get a bomb from coming to 24 / 7 to run with the quantity of flow for the size of the source.
